This policy covers the Duesy Shop hub at hub.duesy-shop.com and The Duesy Shop Android app, which opens the same website. The Duesy Shop is a collision, auto body and mechanical repair shop at 481 North Wall Avenue, Ogden, UT 84404.

What we collect

We only collect what you type or upload into our quote and estimate forms:

• Contact details: your name, phone number, and email address if you give it.
• Vehicle information: year, make, model, tire size, windshield details, VIN, and the damage you describe.
• Photos you choose to upload for a photo estimate.
• Game nickname: if you post a Collision Avoidance high score, we show the nickname and score on the leaderboard.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not sell your information, and the app does not read your contacts, location, or other files on your phone.

How we use it

We use your information only to contact you about your quote or repair. Form submissions are emailed to the shop at theduesyshop@msn.com through the FormSubmit email service. A copy of quotes and estimate photos is kept on our website host (Netlify) so we can follow up with you. Your browser may also keep a copy of your recent quotes on your own device so you don’t have to type them again.

Sharing

We don’t share your information with anyone except the service providers that deliver it to us (Netlify for hosting and FormSubmit for email), or when the law requires it. When you ask us to, we may share details with your insurance company to handle your claim.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and estimate details as long as needed to serve you and keep normal business records. Ask us and we’ll delete your information.

Your choices

You can use most of the hub without giving us anything. To see, fix, or delete what you sent us, email theduesyshop@msn.com or call (801) 732-9111.

Children

The hub is meant for vehicle owners and isn’t aimed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
